7 DAY MAGIC CHALLENGE

Welcome to our FREE 7 Day Magic Challenge!  Have you ever wanted to create more magic in your life but don't know where to start? Magic and Synchronicity naturally flow when we are in alignment.  We open to new experiences while being centered in our hearts. However, knowing how to do this can be difficult. This is why we created the 7 Day Magic Challenge! 


The Challenge is designed to provide an outline for how to "shake up" your daily routine and open to more magic, flow, and intuition.


Each day has three levels of ideas:

  

GREEN suggestions are "Easy Magic" - Today's crazy busy but I want to do something! 

BLUE suggestions are "Moderate Magic" - I'm looking forward to creating some time today! 

PURPLE suggestions are "Big Magic."  I'm all in! I want big magic today!


There is a theme for each day and a special "gift" idea at the bottom for each day as well! Feel free to change up the activities and days to fit your schedule. The Challenge is meant to be fluid by design. Some may want to follow this exactly while others may want to choose randomly in the moment- there is no right or wrong way to do it! 


Although the Challenge can be done anytime, Fall is the perfect time to clear out old energies that no longer serve us and welcome in something new! You have to make SPACE to allow the Universe to work more in your life.


We are dedicating October as the Magic Challenge Month! THE 7 DAY MAGIC CHALLENGE

INTENTION FOR CHANGE


GREEN (Easy Magic) : Starting today, take 3 - 5 minutes each morning to set your intention for the day. Tell the Universe that you are open to experience more Magic / Synchronicity / Abundance / Joy. 


BLUE (Moderate Magic): Connect with your heart and listen to the quiet voice of your soul - what is it asking for today? Feel gratitude for the support around you. Ask for help seeing the signs and magic around you that you may have previously missed. Give thanks for this new level of insight and intuition. Take the blinders off.


Create a fire ceremony- Light a candle or  fire outside/fireplace. Take a wooden match and with INTENTION blow something you wish to release into the wood 3x then burn match safely. Watch the smoke carry away that which you released. *This practice is from

PURPLE (Big Magic): Change your routine - take a different route to work, early risers stay up late, night owls see the sunrise. Always see your Mom on Sundays? Go on Tuesday. Instead of texting, dial the phone. Take that action that you keep putting off because you feel like you don't have time.


Reach out to a new friend or someone you want to get to know better and make a dinner or coffee date.

CLEAR THE CLUTTER


GREEN: Start a daily practice of intention. In the shower, imagine the water washing all fear, negativity and anxiety down the drain, and refill yourself with whatever you need - courage, peace and light, or love


 BLUE:   Sage your house and / or sit in meditation and visually fill your house with what you want in it, such as more light, love, laughter, joy, sanctuary, connection


 If you're motivated, clean the frig and fill it with healthy foods. 


PURPLE:  Choose a space that feels cluttered or frustrates you - desk, car, kitchen counters. Clear it, clean it / organize it, and create a space that makes you feel good.

 GREEN:   Leave the dishes in the sink and dance to your favorite song.

 Watch a movie or show that makes you feel good 


Take a luxurious bubble bath or Epsom Salt Bath (Relaxing music on Spotify or Amazon-  Deuter: Koyasan or Lee Harris's album Awaken). Set out candles, crystals or light incense.


 PURPLE: Schedule some self love such as Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Reiki Session, Sound Bath Session, Facial, or Pedicure

 GREEN:  Order a different coffee or beverage, eat at a new restaurant. 

Eat dinner by candlelight tonight! 


 BLUE:  Cook a special meal or dessert. You know, that one recipe you have had your eye on!  If you don't have one, buy a cooking magazine or check out Pinterest. Three Tier Chocolate Cake from scratch? Go for it -it's the experience, not perfection.

Set the mood while cooking: music, light a candle, or grab a friend to join you!


 PURPLE:  Go to an ethnic grocery store and buy and eat something you've never heard of.

NO FEAR FRIDAY - DO SOMETHING THAT SCARES YOU


 GREEN:  Wear something different - if you wear yoga pants, dress up - pull something out of the back of your closet, part your hair on the other side, wear it in a different style. Change up your make up, jewelry- do something different!


 BLUE:   Go shopping! Buy and wear something in a color or style you never choose.


 PURPLE:  Do something that really scares you. 


Examples:

  1. Join an on-line dating app 
  2. Start a blog 
  3. Sign up for 5K or Half/Full Marathon
  4. Take a new class - Fitness, Yoga, Art, Reiki, Pottery
  5. Pursue that idea you have been sitting on...(business? book? website?)

 GREEN:  Walk a new path in your neighborhood

 PURPLE:  Get out of town!  Take a day trip or stay overnight in a new city, town, or State Park. Or go wherever your heart leads you!   


Here in Columbus, Ohio- we suggest that you spend the day somewhere local but that you don't go often like German Village, Dublin, downtown Westerville or Worthington!

CEREMONY/SACRED SPACE


 GREEN:   Acknowledge and connect with something you can't see outside of yourself. Sit in your favorite spot in nature (or use your imagination if the weather is not cooperative).  Think about all the ways you are being supported. From family and friends to the air that you are breathing.


 Today bless your food and all who helped to bring it to your plate. Bless the earth, the farm or factory workers (and their families), the truck drivers, the stockers, the cashier, etc.! 


 BLUE:   Create your own tea or cacao ceremony. Set a quiet space with intention. If you would like use chimes, candles, incense, crystals, calming music. Free writing on what you receive. 


If you would like to set a sacred space, use your intention to do so. You may want to ask for assistance from God/Source, Divine Beings, The Universe, Mother Nature, Angels or the Directional Energies. 


Gina wrote the following which is used in our experiences: We call in the Energy in the East - The Symbol of Horse galloping in the winds of change. In the South - The Symbol of Leopard representing the power of creation. Leopard's spots are the record keeper of the Universe, representing stars and eternity. In the West  - The Symbol of Bear- Representing Mother Protector and Abundance. Knowing we are always protected and supported by Life.  In the North - The Symbol of Falcon who is the Master of the Winds. Help us to take the bird's eye view of the world and strengthen my inner sight.

RAISE YOUR VIBRATION FOR MORE MAGIC


  • Buy fresh flowers and set them out where you can enjoy them for the entire week
  • Drink more water each day (aim for 1/2 liter)
  • Start a news/media fast or limit exposure
  • Pay attention to nature- notice the animals, the sky, the birds, the weather
  • Sit in nature day or with your favorite tree or spot. Breathe in fresh air for a few minutes. 
  • Start a Magic journal in a notebook
  • Take 5-10 minutes for automatic writing. Ask questions like: "What would my soul like me to know today? Where do I need clarity?" 
  • Pay attention to number sequences, signs in nature, synchronicities, songs on the radio, chance meetings, nudges (i.e. seeing or hearing about a specific topic) 
  • Pause each day to tune in to your intuition
  • Visit a crystal shop and discover something new
  • Dance every day (Gina's favorite right now: Dog Days are Over by Florence + The Machine)
